Can you put a normal pillow case on your pillow?

Yes you can either use it as it is as the cover is removable and easy to wash or your can put a pillow case on it and it wont effect the integrity or design.

How long does it take to feel relief?

As you may have spent many years with an unsupported pillow and you have adjusted to it accordingly. It's important to give ZERO Pillow at least a week before you may notice a difference. For some relief has been instant for others it has taken a week to adjust to the support it provides.

Where is the ZERO Pillow produced?

The ZERO Pillow is designed in the UK and produced in China to make it as accessible as possible for everyone from a price perspective. Whilst we would love to produce the ZERO Pillow in the UK, it would cost 4-5x more than producing in China, and as a result, we would not be able to make it as affordable and accessible. Our mission at ZERO Pillows is to eliminate neck pain for everyone, and if the ZERO Pillow is too expensive for some to afford, we would have failed to achieve our mission.
