Is this pillow for all sleep positions?
Yes! Most of our pillows are ergonomically designed to support back, side and tummy sleepers. Each product page lists the sleep positions it’s designed for.
Can you put a normal pillow case on your pillow?
Yes. You can use it as it is, as the cover is removable and easy to wash, or you can put a pillow case on it and it won’t affect the integrity or design.
How long does it take to feel relief?
You may have spent many years with an unsupported pillow and adjusted to it accordingly, so it’s important to give ZERO PILLOW at least a week before you may notice a difference. For some, relief has been instant; for others it has taken a week to adjust to the support it provides.

Where is the ZERO PILLOW produced?
ZERO PILLOW is designed in the UK and produced in China to make it as accessible as possible for everyone from a price perspective. Whilst we would love to produce ZERO PILLOW in the UK, it would cost 4–5x more than producing in China, and as a result we would not be able to make it as affordable and accessible. Our mission at ZERO PILLOW is to make better sleep accessible to everyone, and if ZERO PILLOW is too expensive for some to afford, we would have failed to achieve our mission.
How do I wash my ZERO PILLOW pillow or cushion?
The outer cover is removable and machine washable: wash it on a gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent, then air dry or tumble dry on low. The memory foam core is spot clean only. Wipe it gently with a damp cloth and never machine wash, soak or submerge it, as moisture damages the foam.
What are ZERO PILLOW products made of?
Every ZERO PILLOW pillow and cushion has a slow-rebound memory foam core. Covers vary by product: ice silk on ComfortCloud, Pillow Plus and Pillow Relax; a 4D air-mesh cover on the Anti-Snore Pillow; a knitted cover on Pillow Kids; and breathable mesh on the seat cushions. The Gel Cushion adds a cooling gel layer.
Which ZERO PILLOW pillows have an adjustable height?
ZERO Pillow Plus and ZERO Pillow Relax both have a dual-height design, so you can choose the side that suits you. Pillow Relax lists its two heights as 4–6 cm and 6–8 cm.
Which pillow suits side sleepers?
ZERO Pillow Premium has a side-sleeper pressure-reduction arc. ZERO Pillow Plus, the Anti-Snore Pillow and Pillow Kids are all designed to support every sleeping position, including side sleeping.
Do you make cushions for sitting?
Yes. ZERO Pillow Seat Plus and the Orthopedic Gel & Memory Foam Cushion support your hips and tailbone on office chairs, car seats and sofas, and the Adjustable Back Cushion fills the gap behind your lower back.
Can I leave my pillow in direct sunlight?
Please don't. Direct sunlight and heat degrade memory foam over time. Keep your pillow or cushion in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place.
