Returns & 30-night guarantee

UK orders come with a 30-night Satisfaction Guarantee. International orders are final sale, except where the law gives you a right to return.

Give it a few nights

Most people feel the difference straight away, but a new pillow shape can take a few nights to get used to. If you can, sleep on your ZERO PILLOW for at least two to three weeks before deciding.

30-night Satisfaction Guarantee (UK orders)

Orders delivered to an address in the United Kingdom come with a 30-night Satisfaction Guarantee. If you’re not happy within 30 nights of delivery, contact us with your order number and we’ll arrange a return and refund.

Return postage for guarantee returns is paid by the customer. Please send the item back securely packed and use a tracked service, as we can’t refund items lost in the post. Once it arrives, we’ll refund the price you paid for the item.

Products marked as final sale are not covered by the guarantee and can’t be returned or exchanged.

International orders

Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged, except where the law of your country gives you a right to cancel or return (see below).

Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to your legal rights and doesn’t affect them.

Right to cancel (UK and EU customers). When you buy online you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Tell us within that time, then return the item within 14 days of telling us. This right doesn’t apply to sealed goods that aren’t suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once they’ve been unsealed after delivery.
Faulty or damaged items. If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and we’ll put it right with a repair, replacement or refund, wherever you live.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
