Sleep position guide
Side, back, front or a mix of all three: what each position needs from a pillow.
Most people have a main sleep position, even if they move during the night. Knowing yours is the quickest way to choose a pillow.
Side
The most common position. It needs the highest pillow, to bridge the gap from the ear to the shoulder. See the best pillow for side sleepers.
Back
Needs medium height and support under the curve of the neck. See the best pillow for back sleepers.
Front
Needs the lowest pillow, so your head isn’t pushed upwards and your neck isn’t twisted further. If you sleep on your front, choose a pillow designed for every position and use its lower side if it has two heights.
Mixed
If you change position through the night, look for a pillow that supports every position. ZERO Pillow Plus, the Anti-Snore Pillow and Pillow Kids are designed for all sleep positions, and ZERO Pillow Relax supports multiple positions.
